Selling your home?
Why not overcome as many possible objections buyers may have and do what it takes to sell your property? Investing in an Eagle pre-sale inspection could save you weeks, if not months, in the sales cycle.
Radon is an odorless, tasteless and invisible gas found in soil and water. It is radioactive and a proven carcinogen. Testing for radon is a simple process and can easily be requested at the time of inspection.
If you are buying a house that has a well, it is highly recommended to test the water for potability as well as potentially harmful chemicals. From basic profile to volatile organic compounds, we can test it!
Although home inspections do not include the search for underground storage tanks, evidence of such may be identified during the inspection and recommendations made for obtaining documentation or further evaluation by a specialist.
Although identification of mold by a home inspector is not included in the CT Home Inspection Standards of Practice, we are cognizant of the indicators of mold. Visible mold or conditions conducive to mold will be noted on your report with a suggestion to consult with a specialist for further evaluation.
"Our reports are digital with photos. We send them out via email within 24 hours (typically within a few hours) of the completion of the home inspection."
"Our complete inspections always include a wood destroying insect report at no additional charge!"
Ron sets the stage with the buyers at the beginning of an inspection. For example, if the house was built in 1962, Ron will tell the buyers that they are not buying a new home. They are buying a home that was built in the 60's and therefore, they are not looking at a new house. They are looking at a house that is over 50 years old, so this is what they should expect.
