Eagle sets the stage with the buyers at the beginning of an inspection. For example, if the house was built in 1962, the Eagle inspector will tell the buyers that they are not buying a new home. They are buying a home that was built in the 60's and therefore, they are not looking at a new house. They are looking at a house that is over 60 years old, so this is what they should expect.
